Childcare: What's Trending? Understanding What Works for Different Organizations
On June 25th, Catalyst India WRC held a roundtable that was centered on childcare organizational trends. The event, which was hosted in Bangalore by Northern Trust, brought out more than 20 attendees from Accenture, TCS, Wells Fargo, Sodexo, Genpact, Deloitte, Thompson Reuters, Tesco, and other Catalyst member organizations. All of the attendees shared perspectives and learned about the need for organizations to focus on childcare as well as the challenges and opportunities in this space. 2015 Catalyst Awards Dinner
The 2015 Catalyst Awards Dinner gathered nearly 1,600 guests, including CEOs and other leading executives from top corporations and professional firms in the Grand Ballroom at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City. Chevron and Proctor & Gamble were awarded this year for their impactful initiatives that were designed to promote the recruitment, development, and advancement of all women and create more inclusive workplaces. During the Dinner, Catalyst President and CEO Deborah Gillis made an impassioned call for all of us to “make change, instead of waiting for it,” and the Grand Prize-winning video from our #DisruptTheDefault video contest was unveiled.
