Catalyst is excited to announce the appointment of Alex Johnston as Executive Director of Catalyst Canada Inc. Alex comes to Catalyst with more than a decade of leadership experience in the public and private sectors. According to Statistics Canada’s recent 2011 Census, our families come in all shapes and sizes. If we needed an argument for greater diversity at senior levels of business and government, we couldn’t have asked for a more powerful one than this. Many of us think that learning more about diversity is a linear process.
