Women's issues are sustainability issues for our global society. For sustainability, like women's issues, we have often been told that our progress will occur gradually, eventulally, and somewhat naturally. That is, integrating sustainability thinking into how we live, learn and work to address today's and tomorrow's major societal issues will slowly and eventulaly happen. Turns out, as indicated in the article above, some things just aren’t as natural as we thought. Sustainability progress is taking place but the rate is not sufficient to make any meaningful change anytime soon.

Women must take important and key leadership roles in integrating sustainbility into how we live, learn and work as it will posed to further advance our progress to address women issues.

My organization, Sustainability Collaborative - SustaiNext, aims to integrate Universal Sustainability into how we live, learn and work to improve our global society.
