Celebrate With Us!
It's official! Catalyst has been selected as an offical charity partner for the International Women's Day organization in support of their 2017 theme, Be Bold For Change, keenly in line with our own theme of Leadership Redefined! See more here!
On March 8, 2017, the world celebrates International Women's Day, the annual commemoration of women's achievements—socially, economically, culturally, and politically. This year, we are excited to share that the 2017 Catalyst Awards Conference and Dinner will be held on that special day—honoring organizations doing their part for women. Our theme will be Leadership Redefined, and we will use it to shine a spotlight on what it means to be an inclusive leader.
The New York Hilton Midtown is our new location as we gather our collective community of champions accelerating progress for women through workplace inclusion.

Starting in February! Catalyst's First "Mini-Course": Communication Skills for Bridging Divides
45 minutes is all it takes!
We cannot celebrate International Women's Day and not recognize that we are going to school, working, and living in communities with people who think, look, and have beliefs different from our own. This 45-minute course gives all of us the skills to bridge those divides and find common ground.
In this skills-based course, we will explore practical strategies and techniques to apply in your daily life. You will learn about the difference between dialogue, discussion, and debate; micro-affirmations; and how to be an ally.
If you are seeking to develop and practice these skills and apply them to build a more inclusive world, this course is for you. The course is also mobile-friendly and it's free.
